A good education never ends, and in honour of our commitment to continuing education, we've developed a Team Member support program: V!VA Scholarship. If you're inerested in taking a course about a field of study that will benefit your your career at V!VA, we're happy to chip in. Pick the course, pass with flying colors, and we'll help you cover the tuition. That's what we call a win-win situation.

While we all have our daily tasks to complete, V!VA appreciates the importance of Making Today Great! as our founding philosophy. That's why each Team Member has time every day to go beyond their daily job routine, and do anything they choose - as long as it improves the day of a fellow Team Member or Community Member - like spontaneously bringing a treat over to Ms. Smith in Suite 204.
V!VA University
VIVA University is our comprehensive training program that ensures all Team Members receive industry leading and up-to-date job skills, tools and techniques in an interactive environment. Learning is as fun as it is informative, and it’s another opportunity to bond with fellow Team Members. Numerous sessions are held throughout the year, featuring guest speakers and notable industry specialists.
Key Curriculum Includes: Customer service, team building, health, fire and safety regulations, team specific skills, proactive wellness for seniors, and much more!
