On site, landscaped walking paths crisscross our grounds, plus we’re riverside right beside by the world’s longest network of trails – the Trans Canada Trail.
When we design our suites, we take out time to think about what is most important to you. For example, our spacious suites include walk-in closets because we appreciate how important storage is when moving from a larger home. Our kitchenettes feature 23" wide apartment size appliances instead of smaller bar-fridge models because we know that sometimes you just want to prepare a snack for the grandchildren instead of heading over to the dining room. Our bathrooms feature a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and safety bars so you can bathe with ease.

Our healthy menu options offer you delicious and nutritious homestyle meals made with fresh wholesome ingredients and mouthwatering flavour. Everything made in our kitchen is VIVAlicious, which means equal parts nutritious and delicious. Plus, we get to use all the fresh and organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown in our very own VIVA Victory Garden.
From an on-site café and pub to a full selection of wellness amenities (including a Brain Gym!) there is so much to do each and every day.

I have been living here eleven months and couldn’t be happier. I have a beautiful apartment and wonderful Team Members making me feel at home. I use the heated salt water, V!VAfit Studio and participate in the many games on a regular basis. The Victory Garden is another one of my favourites with my own plot to plant whatever I want. Another big one for me is the Dining Room. The Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager and Team Members are exceptional, and the menu & food is wonderful. The Wellness Team is always there when you need them. Our V!VA bus takes us shopping twice weekly and on many tours around the Valley for different excursions and picnics. What else can I say about this place? The park setting and paths along the Mississippi River really make you feel at home.
